Adaptability in Floral Selection

Given the nature of our resources, substitutions for flowers, fillers, and containers might be necessary due to seasonal availability and supply constraints. We promise to maintain the essence of your chosen arrangement, using items of equal or higher value to deliver the intended aesthetic and quality. Additionally, to ensure the security and freshness of your delivery, we may need to use additional packing materials or special arrangements. Any additional costs will be clearly outlined in the proposal (invoice) we send to you, complete with an itemized list of materials and their respective prices.

Ordering & Delivery

Our priority is ensuring the freshness and quality of your arrangements. For exotic or rare blooms, please note that these are sourced only after your order is confirmed and payment is made.

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 5 PM. Applicable in Metro Manila and nearby cities including Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Taguig, Marikina, Parañaque, Las Piñas, and Muntinlupa.
• Extended Delivery Areas: Delivery may take up to 48 hours for parts of Rizal, Laguna, Pampanga, and Bulacan. We recommend ordering at least one week in advance to ensure your flowers arrive on your desired day, especially for significant occasions.

Return Policy

At Folklore Enchantment, we pride ourselves on delivering exquisite floral arrangements crafted with the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is restrictive and only applies if the fault is ours.

Conditions for Return

• Faulty Product: If your floral arrangement arrives in a condition not promised or with issues due to our handling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence to facilitate a quick resolution.
• Incorrect Delivery: If the item delivered does not match your order, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or correct the error as swiftly as possible.

Non-returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if the issue is due to personal taste or failure to follow the provided care instructions. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for problems caused by external delivery services once the product has left our facility.
